We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments within the United States.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
4. International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
- ECOMBRELLA SAVINGS UNDER ONE UMBRELLA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ECOMBRELLA SAVINGS UNDER ONE UMBRELLA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, international postal services).
- Inclement weather conditions.
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events.
We will do our best to assist you in tracking delayed packages, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is with the carrier.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments are exclusively handled by USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mandolinechopper.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If your country is on a restricted list, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
